Below is an image showing you how the cycle of anxiety begins, produces side effects, the side effects produce more anxiety which in turn feeds the anxiety, keeping you in the constant anxiety cycle.
Please note that by Understanding, Accepting, Relaxing, Float on Through (see Understanding Anxiety) will not give the relief you're looking for, but what this method does do is it gives your mind and body the space it needs so it can heal itself. This takes time.

The above image is just an example of side effects - you may have some or many, or even some that aren't listed. But whatever your symptoms, they are just a side effect of anxiety.
By using the method of Understanding, Acceptance, Relaxation, Letting it Be and Medication slowly breaks this cycle by soothing the nervous system, and once that calms down so too will anxiety and all its side effects which in turn stop producing more anxiety, and so breaking the cycle.
