I was sent a very inspirational song by Robert Oliver, who wrote about his own personal journey with anxiety through lyrics and music, and hopes it gives solace and inspiration for others. This song is dedicated to anyone who has suffered from anxiety, and the message of this acknowledges their despair, provides hope and that recovery is an option. Thank you so very much Robert for sharing this song and also for sharing your journey too, and I'm sure many people will find this deeply moving and very inspirational as I did. Hi Kate, I have been following your posts throughout my journey. I am 14 weeks in on celexa and had a couple of pretty good weeks and now having a really anxious week. I assume theses set backs are normal even after I felt.lime I was on the right track. Thank you for all your encouraging posts.

Hi Kate, that is my problem with the setbacks. I read everything, but my mind still keeps analyzing and worrying.😔 I read your blogs over and over sometimes during those bad days. You are such a help to so many. Thank you for taking the time to always listen and respond to all of us!🥰

Hi Kate, I have tried ordering the book you suggested, must be a wonderful book...it is sold out on the websites. Was there another book that you suggest as well for the ruminating thoughts. This blip is hanging on. Thank you.🥰

Hi Kate! I was on another website called patient.info, going through some of the questions being asked by people about fluoxetine, and your name came up a few times. Then I found some of your replies and it just gave me renewed hope. I decided to Google you and ended up here. I'm so glad to have found this page. A lot of what you said on the patient.info site really resonated with me and I'm hoping to read some of the book you have listed in resources to help myself. I've been suffering with anxiety and depression for about 5 months and really thought I'd be over it by now. But I'm learning that you can't put a time on these things. I'm hoping to learn more from you and from your experiences and getting well. Thank you for giving me hope!

Hi Kate. So I am about 15 to 16 weeks in now. I had quit a few good weeks and then about a week ago started getting horrible anxiety and repetitive thoughts again. These setbacks are normal..so discouraging after feeling much better. Starts to feel like you are reverting back. Thank you for all your kind words.

Kate, thank you for all of your encouraging words! Silly when these things happen our mind instantly goes into a panic (thinking oh are these meds right for me, will I ever recover, etc, etc.) I will try my very best to accept and try and not dwell on those thoughts and feelings. Thank you.
